Meet Nathan and Lindsay

Nate and Lindsay had been classmates from 1st grade up through their very last days of high school. Nate, a quiet kind of guy, had at the time "no interest" in Lindsay, an attractive and well-liked red-head, who also at the time had "no interest" in Nate. After high school, he went in the direction of studying the Bible at a Bible college and Lindsay took some time off to "find herself" where she ended up at an orphanage in Guatemala for a year with quite a life-changing, eye-opening experience. Neither of them really keeping in touch, but going their separate ways they met up again when she returned from overseas. They spent the summer hanging out before Nate left to study medicine in Argentina and Lindsay stayed in Tennessee. They emailed a couple of times, but nothing serious since Nate had met a girl in Argentina. When he came home to Tennessee for a Christmas break, he had told Lindsay and their group of friends about his latest relationship.

The story goes on, Nate lets the argentinian-girl go, and continuing to email Lindsay eventually turned into dating her and one Christmas break when Nate came home he made a proposal for Lindsay. Being a spontaneous, easy-going girl in love with the man of her dreams, she agreed and after their wedding they took a long honeymoon/road trip from Tennessee to Argentina. Over the past 3 years they've built a home here together in La Villa. They're currently packing up and selling most all of their things to move back to the states where Nate will finish up his last two years of Medicine in southern California and Lindsay will start looking for work with her new nursing degree, which she hopes will lead her to a position at a coffee shop or a climbing gym.

Lindsay loves Nate with her whole heart. They're inseparable. When Lindsay and I meet up in the plaza for painting and drawing, Nate comes along with his ukulele. When we meet up for yoga every night, Nate's just across the lobby of the gym in the weight room or playing ping-pong. She says he's her best friend and in a lot of ways they are very much a like. They've told me their love story over and over, it never gets old. I'm so happy to have met Nathan and Lindsay.
